JONATHON CLARK

Jonathon’s practice focuses primarily in general and commercial civil litigation. Jonathon has appeared and argued before all levels of Court in Ontario including the Superior Court, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has represented clients and has experience in a wide range of different litigation matters including debt collection, tort claims, shareholder disputes, wrongful dismissal and proceedings brought pursuant to the Construction Act.

Prior to attending law school, Jonathon worked at the Brewers Retail for over ten years which not only helped him pay tuition fees at both Lakehead University, and eventually Cardiff University, but taught him many valuable lessons in dealing with the public. In 2012, Jonathon returned to Cardiff for his LLM in International Commercial Law.

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Jonathon enjoys the great outdoors in beautiful Northwestern Ontario, and takes every opportunity to hunt and fish when time permits.  He grew up playing many kinds of sport – baseball, hockey, soccer, and golf.  Jonathon is a passionate fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and never misses a game if he can help it.
