Mark has been an Associate lawyer at Weilers since 2013 and became a Partner in 2019. His practice areas include Corporate & Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, Municipal Law, Mining and Forestry Law, Energy Law and Construction Law.
Mark has successfully managed large and small-scale corporate transactions, from small corporate business acquisitions to complex corporate reorganizations. Mark also has extensive experience assisting clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, franchise law and trusts, estates and fiduciary obligations.
