ROBERT SCHROEDER

ASSOCIATE

Rob graduated from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law where he obtained his J.D. in 2021. Before law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Lakehead University obtaining a degree in Political Science. Following his Call to the Ontario Bar in 2022, he joined the Weilers team.

Rob is building a practice primarily in general and commercial civil litigation, and also has a keen interest in family law. He brings a client-focused approach to his practice which is complimented by his background in the service industry.

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Rob enjoys being involved in his local community by participating and giving back wherever he can. He has volunteered with the Thunder Bay Minor Hockey Association and the Staal Foundation Open.

Outside of the office, Rob enjoys playing various sports – volleyball, hockey, and golf. He also takes every opportunity to spend his time outdoors by hiking the trails of Northwestern Ontario. Rob is also an experienced world traveler having explored the Netherlands, France, Croatia, Greece, Japan, and the French Polynesia.
